Dog Walker in Heaton Moor, Heaton Mersey, Heaton Norris, Heaton Chapel & Didsbury

Why Cockapoos Only?

It started with one gentle soul who showed us the way

When our founder Rachel’s Cockapoo, Hudson, began showing signs of stress, she trusted a local dog walker to help. But Hudson was walked in a mix of breeds that he found overwhelming, and his anxiety only worsened.

The turning point came during a walk with just Hudson and another Cockapoo.

He relaxed. He lit up.
That spark in him lit one in Rachel, too — maybe other Poos and their parents were looking for the same kind of joy!

And so, The Cockapoo Crew was born: a walking service just for Cockapoos and poo mixes, designed with their unique sensitivities and social needs in mind.

Today, Hudson leads the way — calm, confident, and always ready to welcome a new member to the family.

And the rest of the Crew?
They’re settled, happy, and ready for the next walk.

Couldn’t recommend the Cockapoo crew more highly, Rachel is really reliable and my dog goes on a weekly group walk / run / fun session from which she comes back so happy and worn out, it’s brilliant. I trust Rachel entirely with my dog who is my best friend. Going out with the group has really had a lasting impact on my dog too who has become much less nervous and overcome her car anxiety as she’s sooooo excited to head off in the van with the crew.

Rachel has been walking our puppy since September, for half an hour 3 times a week. She was really helpful with setting us up on the app and explaining how everything works. When we go to work, we trust that Rachel will look after our puppy, which she does every time, and will always share photos and videos with us after she has taken our puppy for a walk. Overall she is brilliant and a trustworthy dog walker who loves dogs and takes care of them if they were her own.

Rachel has walked Mabel, our Cockerpoo, for 18 months since she was a puppy. Mabel adores her, she is so reliable, very flexible and always happy to help. Mabel can be reactive at times and Rachel understands and helps us with this to! The Pet Walker app she uses makes booking very easy and Rachel is always very responsive if you text her for any special requests. I would highly recommend her to walk your poos 😀

I cannot rate Rachel and The Cockapoo Crew highly enough. Bonnie loves her weekly trips out, I receive videos each time showing me just how much fun she has. It is clear just how much Rachel cares for Bonnie so much and that is clear to see 😊

Rachel has been walking my 2yo cockapoo Peanut since she was a tiny pup and she's so amazing! Super reliable and can tell she genuinely loves and cares for all the dogs she walks. Peanut goes bonkers at the window whenever she turns up so excited to see her! Love all the extra little touches like special treats on birthdays and holidays 🐾 cockapoo crew always goes way beyond what you expect! It's also so nice to get really good photos and videos during walks too - can see peanut having such a fun time, and was really reassuring when she was a few months old! Rachel also supplies Rudis bakery treats which peanut absolutely loves aswell and it's great & handy having them dropped off at the door 😄
